Job Responsibility
Work directly with students on the autism spectrum, implementing data-driven programs and mastering Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
Work alongside Occupational Therapists and Speech & Language Therapists to deliver holistic, measurable results
Work 1:1 or in small groups with students, learning to implement bespoke educational and behavioural programs
Gain hands-on experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) while receiving comprehensive internal training
Master the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to support communication and life skills
Work alongside Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists to provide holistic support.
