Job Responsibility

  • Work directly with students on the autism spectrum, implementing data-driven programs and mastering Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
  • Work alongside Occupational Therapists and Speech & Language Therapists to deliver holistic, measurable results
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with students, learning to implement bespoke educational and behavioural programs
  • Gain hands-on experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) while receiving comprehensive internal training
  • Master the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to support communication and life skills
  • Work alongside Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists to provide holistic support.
