Night Shift Train Cleaning Team Leader role at Heaton Depot for a leading train operator. Initial 6-month contract with potential for permanent position. Involves supervising a team to ensure high cleanliness standards for trains during night shifts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervising and guiding the train cleaning team to achieve top quality cleanliness standards
  • Ensuring a high level of cleanliness is met before trains resume daily service

Requirements:

  • Experience within a vehicle/industrial or house cleaning environment
  • Previous team leader role experience
  • Strong leadership
  • Good communication
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
