Success in this role comes from clear processes, strong stakeholder communication and a data-informed approach to workload management.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage marketing project intake, triage briefs and prioritise work across the team
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines and capacity forecasts for campaign delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including content, design, paid media and product teams
  • Track progress, identify risks and remove blockers to keep projects on schedule
  • Maintain a central traffic board (workflow tool) and ensure accurate status reporting
  • Facilitate regular planning and stand-up meetings
  • support quarterly planning and retrospectives
  • Support asset handoffs to external agencies and suppliers where required
  • Contribute to process improvements, templates and documentation to increase team efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
  • comfortable working with senior marketers
  • Experience with project management or workflow tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday) and a good level of Excel/Sheets capability
  • Basic understanding of paid media, demand generation and content production workflows
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and solutions focused — you escalate early and troubleshoot effectively
  • Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility to attend planning sessions and key deadlines
  • approximate hours and pattern to be agreed

What we offer

  • Be part of a mission-driven company protecting businesses from payment fraud
  • Work in a collaborative, fast-paced marketing team with direct access to senior leadership
  • High-ownership role with opportunity to shape processes and ways of working
  • Flexible part-time arrangement to suit your schedule
