Experience working in procurement, sourcing, contracting, or a related function
Experience supporting enterprise workflows, intake processes, or shared services environments
Customer service or stakeholder management experience in a corporate or operations setting
Experience with procurement or workflow tools (e.g., Coupa, ServiceNow, intake/orchestration platforms) preferred

Job Responsibility

Serve as the central intake point for all Procurement engagement requests (sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, advisory)
Review and assess incoming requests for completeness, urgency, and business impact
Accurately route requests to the appropriate category management, contracting, or operations teams based on defined criteria
Ensure requests are assigned to the correct team members with appropriate prioritization
Provide a high-quality, responsive experience for associates engaging Procurement
Act as a liaison between requestors and Procurement teams to clarify requirements and next steps
Ensure clear communication and transparency on request status, ownership, and expected timelines
Partner with Category Management, Contracting, Finance, and Operations teams to align on routing logic and priorities
Support onboarding of new intake channels, tools, and processes (e.g., web portal, orchestration solutions)
Escalate high-priority or complex requests as needed to ensure timely resolution
