Position: 1 Traffic Marshall Needed on a Construction Site. Location: Salisbury, SP2. CSCS CARD AND TRAFFIC MARSHALL CARD REQUIRED. MUST have a recent reference ready. Start Tomorrow (December 17,2025). Ongoing Role, Long Term. About the Company: We are a well-established construction company based in The UK, known for our commitment to quality workmanship and timely project delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Guiding vehicles and heavy machinery through designated routes, ensuring smooth traffic flow
  • Using hand signals, signs, and communication devices (like radios) to communicate with drivers and operators
  • Identifying and addressing hazards, such as obstructions, pedestrians, or unsafe conditions
  • Implementing traffic management plans to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Ensuring pedestrian safety by making them aware of approaching vehicles and providing safe crossing points
  • Assisting with site security to deter unauthorized access
  • Maintaining records of traffic flow, incidents, and other relevant information
  • Assisting with other on-site safety activities like toolbox talks and safety briefings
  • Communicating clearly with drivers, pedestrians, and other workers
  • Reporting incidents and hazards to appropriate personnel
