Job Description

Randstad UK CPE team is currently recruiting Traffic Marshall's for an upcoming project in Maidenhead. Job Title: Traffic Marshall (Construction) Location: Maidenhead Pay Rate: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour Temp

Job Responsibility

  • Guiding vehicles and heavy machinery through designated routes to ensure smooth traffic flow
  • Using hand signals, signs, and radios to communicate clearly with drivers and operators
  • Monitoring the site for obstructions or unsafe conditions and taking immediate action to mitigate risks
  • Implementing established traffic management plans and ensuring the safety of pedestrians at crossing points
  • Assisting with site security to deter unauthorized access and maintaining accurate records of traffic flow or incidents
  • Participating in toolbox talks and reporting any safety hazards to site management.

Requirements

  • Valid NPORS or CPCS Card (Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Marshaller)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Traffic Marshall on utility or large-scale construction sites
  • A recent, checkable work reference is essential
  • A proactive approach to site safety and clear communication skills.
