Job Description:

Are you an experienced traffic marshall looking for a stable, long-term role in East Ayrshire? We are currently recruiting for a professional Marshall to join a major commercial project in Kilmarnock. This is a key role ensuring the safe and efficient flow of plant and personnel on a high-activity site.

Job Responsibility:

Vehicle Banksman Duties: Safely guiding HGVs, plant, and delivery vehicles into and out of the site
Pedestrian Management: Ensuring the safety of the general public and site staff near vehicle movements
Access Control: Verifying site visitors, checking delivery paperwork, and maintaining the site log
Health & Safety: Upholding strict site protocols and acting as a visible deterrent to unsafe practices

Requirements:

A recognised traffic marshall ticket and CSCS card
Proven track record on commercial or industrial construction sites
A clear, confident, and professional manner when dealing with drivers and the public
Punctuality is non-negotiable
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
