Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Traffic Marshal to join a long-term construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stable work on a large-scale infrastructure development with consistent hours and long-term prospects.

Job Responsibility

  • Safely manage vehicle movements on and around site
  • Control access for deliveries and site traffic
  • Coordinate HGV movements using radio communication
  • Ensure all site traffic follows safe access procedures
  • Work closely with the site management team to maintain efficient traffic flow
  • Follow all health and safety requirements and site procedures

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Traffic Marshal qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshal on construction or infrastructure projects
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong understanding of site safety and traffic management

  • Assist with emergency procedures when required
  • Represent CSP Ltd professionally at all times
