Job Description:

We are currently recruiting Traffic Marshals to support safe vehicle and pedestrian movement on busy sites and events. This role is ideal for reliable, safety-conscious individuals who can work well as part of a team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Directing vehicle movements safely on and around site
  • Ensuring the safety of pedestrians, contractors, and drivers
  • Following site safety procedures and risk assessments
  • Communicating clearly with drivers and site staff
  • Reporting any safety concerns or incidents to supervisors

Requirements:

  • Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman qualification (essential)
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong awareness of health & safety
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Nice to have:

Previous site or traffic management experience preferred but not essential
