Job Description

Superside is looking for a Traffic Manager to ensure our creative teams are staffed effectively and projects run smoothly. Embedded within the studio, you’ll connect the right talent to the right work, balancing speed, quality, and team capacity. You’ll partner closely with Account Managers, Project Managers, and Producers to keep workflows efficient, teams supported, and delivery on track.

Job Responsibility

  • Assign creative resources daily based on skillset, seniority, and availability
  • Run stand-ups to assess workload, priorities, and incoming requests
  • Identify capacity gaps and resourcing risks before they impact delivery
  • Partner with Resource Operations to source additional talent when needed
  • Monitor utilization and workload distribution to ensure balanced, sustainable output
  • Adjust allocations in real time as priorities shift or new work comes in
  • Collaborate with Account and Project teams to align resourcing with delivery needs
  • Maintain clear visibility on team capacity, risks, and upcoming demand
  • Improve resourcing workflows and processes to increase efficiency and clarity

Requirements

  • Experience in traffic, resource management, or project coordination within a creative or production environment
  • Strong understanding of creative disciplines such as design, copy, and motion
  • Ability to match the right skillsets to the right projects quickly and accurately
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Experience using resourcing tools and working with utilization data
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Clear communication skills when working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to balance business needs with team capacity and sustainability
