As a Traffic Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of member acquisition at Voyage Privé. You’ll work closely with the Global Marketing, Sales and Data teams to deliver measurable growth and help us scale efficiently across international markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and execute acquisition strategies across paid media channels (Display, Emailing, Aggregators, Programmatic) to drive qualified new member sign-ups
  • Build, manage, and negotiate partnerships with direct advertisers and affiliates to expand our acquisition network
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to define targeting, creative assets, and tracking implementation
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance through detailed reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights
  • Ensure budget control and operational excellence across all acquisition activities
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, identifying improvement opportunities, recommending solutions, and ensuring smooth delivery from concept to execution

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 5+ years in marketing, ideally within an international or digital environment
  • Solid understanding of e-marketing, e-business, and social media ecosystems
  • Strong analytical mindset - comfortable with data, performance metrics, and precision
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A team player with great interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset
  • Naturally curious, creative, and proactive, always looking for smarter ways to achieve impact
