Traffic coordinators are the glue that holds Nebo together by keeping projects flowing like a river. You’ll work with a variety of teams to ensure that work gets scheduled and resourced in the most efficient way possible. The traffic coordinator must anticipate and troubleshoot problems and work hand-in-hand with project managers to keep things moving. This role is perfect for new graduates looking for a stepping stone towards project management.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a liaison between project managers, department heads, and teams to manage resource allocation
Troubleshoot resourcing problems to ensure tasks remain on schedule
Clearly communicate information regarding task status and issues
Conduct weekly traffic meetings with project management and digital teams
Assign and track project requests and tickets
Review project plans and weekly status reports for resource planning and forecasting
Assists in the development of new, more effective, and more efficient traffic team processes
Acts as project manager for internal agency projects and as backup project management coverage, as needed
