Job Responsibility

Conduct rigorous site audits and quarterly reports to ensure service excellence, proper housekeeping, and adherence to Integrated Pest Management standards
Direct the onboarding and ongoing training of staff regarding pesticide application, equipment maintenance, and advanced pest control techniques
Enforce strict adherence to the company’s Safety and Personal Codes, ensuring all field activities comply with the official Technical Handbook
Oversee the security, maintenance, and roadworthiness of the service fleet while ensuring technicians are fully equipped with required tools and pesticides
Proactively handle customer complaints and "Call Backs," visiting new commercial clients to ensure satisfaction and high retention rates
Personally inspect and resolve persistent or high-level infestations that require expert intervention beyond standard technician capabilities
Plan and execute large-scale treatments by effectively organizing labor, equipment, and logistics for maximum efficiency
Ensure all digital service records (Service Trak) are accurate and assist the finance team with account reconciliations and the collection of outstanding balances
