Job Description:

Join our global TUI Musement Team in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Your mission will be to organize transportation planning and daily reservations for transportation services, manage any other customer queries and ensure all operational aspects of transfer reservations are covered and running smoothly for our guests. Working with English-speaking colleagues, and customers over the phone or in person, via email and striving to provide excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organize transportation planning and daily reservations
  • Manage customer queries
  • Ensure operational aspects of transfer reservations
  • Process cancellations
  • Manage queries regarding pick-up times, timetables, and prices
  • Make transportation quotes
  • Provide guest support and resolve logistic emergencies

Requirements:

  • Experience in the tourism business
  • Strong knowledge of the Tour Operation Industry
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English
  • Proactive professional with focus on quality and efficiency
  • Organized
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Adaptability to changes and quick learning of new skills
