As we expand our trading operations in the UK, we are seeking a Junior Trading Operations Analyst to join our global Trading & Execution team, which operates across Melbourne, London, and Cyprus. The role will primarily support our growing London operation, providing operational and analytical support across MT4, MT5, and OneZero platforms during the EU and US trading sessions. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring trade flow, ensuring platform stability, assisting with trade investigations, and supporting the setup and maintenance of trading instruments and routing configurations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop their expertise in trading operations within a fast-paced, multi-asset environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor MT4/MT5 and OneZero platforms to ensure stable pricing, liquidity, and order execution
  • Assist in investigating rejected trades, execution delays, and pricing anomalies using logs and tick data
  • Support the setup and maintenance of trading instruments, symbol settings, and routing rules
  • Perform daily operational checks on platform connectivity, LP status, spreads, and execution quality
  • Prepare and maintain trading reports covering volumes, spreads, and platform performance
  • Work closely with Trading, Risk, IT, and Support teams to resolve platform or execution-related issues
  • Assist with best execution monitoring, regulatory data preparation (Consumer Duty) & transaction reporting

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in trading operations, trade support or execution monitoring, preferably in a multi-asset environment
  • Living in the UK and able to attend the London office
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, quantitative discipline, or related field
  • Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, and OneZero, including trade routing, symbol setup, and LP connectivity
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments: CFDs, FX, crypto, indices, and commodities
  • Understanding of trade flow risk, exposure management and risk controls
  • Hands-on familiarity with trading platforms (MetaTrader, DXtrade, cTrader)
  • Experience with OneZero bridge technology
