This role is responsible for Home Broadband acquisition trading performance. Focusing on two core metrics Inflow Volumes and Inflow ARPU within the “I” of IBRO. Success of the role sits between driving responsible growth of market share through maintaining equilibrium between volume & value. This role is core in driving our pricing decisions & implementing our acquisition strategy across all inflow channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute the Acquisition strategy to deliver Inflow KPIs across market share and volume, Inflow ARPU, and supplier incentive inflow targets, ensuring all IBRO I metrics are achieved across Home Broadband
  • Lead post implementation reviews (PIRs) for trials, pricing and key trading activity, providing clear insight and leading recommendations to optimise trading performance
  • Partner with sales and distribution channels to ensure performance metrics are effectively tracked and are delivering against agreed targets
  • Own market insight through close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, translating insight into clear recommendations on how Home Broadband should trade on volume and value
  • Lead business case sizing for new opportunities and recovery activity, aligning plans with channels to ensure successful execution and delivery
