Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Trading Desk Manager to lead our programmatic buying operations. This is a high-impact role for someone with strong commercial instincts and a track record of delivering exceptional performance at scale.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the agency trading desk, ensuring performance and profitability
Manage a team of traders across multiple platforms
Liaise with media owners to secure premium inventory
Develop and implement trading strategies to maximise ROI
Ensure compliance with brand safety and quality standards

Requirements:

5+ years’ programmatic/trading desk experience
Strong leadership and commercial acumen
Experience in managing large budgets and teams
Expertise in optimisation and performance analysis
