Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of mutual fund trading
  • Thorough knowledge of file transfer protocols and security
  • 3 – 5 years of working in this or related capacity
  • Experience handling data issues and exceptions — ability to troubleshoot quickly when files or trades don’t look right
  • Coordination with external partners — Excellent communication skills in order to interact with custodians, fund companies, and vendors
  • Java and automation knowledge
  • Understanding of compliance and data‑handling requirements — Sensitivity of trading files and personal data
  • Process‑improvement mindset — Ability to document workflows and help streamline processes
