Job Description:

Dornan is recruiting a Trades & Labour Manager to supervise the recruitment and management of our on-site Trades & Labour personnel.

Job Responsibility:

  • Recruitment of Trades & Labour to Dornan projects
  • Ensure all Trades possess skillsets & training required
  • Communication with Site & Project Managers daily
  • Communication weekly with Dornan Finance & Payrolls teams
  • Liaise with Dornan HR team to ensure correct contracts are in place

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in providing Mechanical & Electrical Trades for significant projects in Ireland and Europe
  • Solid grasp of construction site compliance and governance
  • 10 years experience in liaising with M&E Trades & Labour
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Multiple stakeholder management experience
  • Experience of coordinating disciplinary procedures
  • Firm but fair management ethos
