Job Description:

Dornan is recruiting a Trades & Labour Manager to supervise the recruitment and management of our on-site Trades & Labour personnel.

Job Responsibility:

Recruitment of Trades & Labour to Dornan projects
Ensure all Trades possess skillsets & training required
Communication with Site & Project Managers daily
Communication weekly with Dornan Finance & Payrolls teams
Liaise with Dornan HR team to ensure correct contracts are in place

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years experience in providing Mechanical & Electrical Trades for significant projects in Ireland and Europe
Solid grasp of construction site compliance and governance
10 years experience in liaising with M&E Trades & Labour
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Multiple stakeholder management experience
Experience of coordinating disciplinary procedures
Firm but fair management ethos
