Trader Steel South America

• Develop and manage a profitable customer portfolio in South America
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Negotiate and follow up on international sales and purchase transactions
• Define the strategic direction for your region and product portfolio
• Take a hands-on role in solving operational challenges
• Travel regularly to South America and occasionally worldwide

• Min. Bachelor degree with a first commercial experience in an international (logistics) environment
• Strong passion for international sales with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish & English
• Dutch is an asset
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Skilled at building relationships across cultures and comfortable with frequent travel
• Hands-on, solution-driven, and eager to tackle operational issues
• Based in Belgium, ideally in the Antwerp region.
