6+ years of direct trademark experience
Strong experience with trademark prosecution, clearance searches/opinions, and portfolio management
Experience with USPTO trademark matters, TTAB proceedings, and U.S. Copyright Office matters
Experience responding to office actions
Strong client counseling skills
Professional, responsive, and able to work closely with partners and clients
UDRP experience strongly preferred
Prior law firm experience preferred
Stable work history strongly preferred
candidates with shorter tenures should be prepared to provide clear and consistent reasoning for transitions

Represent applicants and registrants in USPTO trademark, TTAB, and U.S. Copyright Office matters
Conduct high-volume trademark clearance searches and draft related opinions
Handle trademark prosecution matters before the USPTO

Support TTAB, UDRP, copyright, and related brand protection matters
Provide clear, practical guidance to clients in support of their business objectives
