Job Description:

We are seeking to hire a trademark and industrial property administrator for our Madrid office, with demonstrable experience at an industrial property agency and a high level of English to provide comprehensive support to the firm’s attorneys and legal team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting attorneys or the legal team in the operational management of trademark and design portfolios
  • Reviewing and organizing documents, official communications, and notifications
  • Reviewing prior art
  • Reviewing and organizing invoices
  • Data entry for the management of customs files
  • Preparation and filing of trademark or design registration applications and supporting documentation

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of demonstrable experience at an intellectual property agency or law firm
  • C1 level (or equivalent) of written and spoken English. The interview will be conducted in English
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Immediate start (candidates unable to start immediately need not apply)

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Apiges is a plus
