Job Description

We are looking for quality and talented Sommelier's, Wait Staff and Hosts to join our teams on a full-time basis. We have roles available at a variety of our venues and there is an opportunity to join at different levels across our Lorne Precinct on Victorian Coast. This is a chance to join a company where you will learn and progress in your career.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in the industry
  • Confident with customer engagement
  • including greeting guests, ability to learn and discuss food and beverage menu, taking orders and serving guest
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant, bistro, or hotel
  • Ability to work closely with kitchen and bar staff
  • Understanding of setting and clearing tables to a high standard, managing multiple tables in one service, and pre-empting the guests needs
  • Experience using point-of-sales machines, taking payment
