Como Trade Strategy Lead estarás encargado de liderar la estrategia integral de Trade en South Cone relacionada con el Desarrollo de modelos Go-to-Market diferenciados por arquetipos de clientes y financiadores, optimizando la distribución y acceso de productos Sanofi mientras asegura la alineación con objetivos transversales de negocio bajo el enfoque 'One Sanofi'.

Job Responsibility

  • Desarrollar estrategias comerciales integradas para retail basadas en arquetipos de clientes y diseñar modelos Go-to-Market diferenciados por segmento y canal
  • Diseñar modelos de negocio innovadores para optimizar distribución y coordinar con finanzas y áreas transversales para optimización de procesos
  • Optimizar procesos operacionales de Trade en la región e implementar mejores prácticas operacionales por arquetipo de cliente
  • Evaluar efectividad de modelos G2M, ajustar según performance y generar reportes de penetración por financiador y oportunidades de crecimiento
  • Monitorear KPIs de disponibilidad, rotación y crecimiento por segmento, analizar share of wallet por arquetipo de cliente e identificar gaps operacionales
  • Asegurar enfoque brand-agnostic en actividades comerciales, gestionar ciclo de vida de contratos con distribuidores y desarrollar modelos comerciales competitivos diferenciados por arquetipo
  • Analizar inteligencia de mercado, competencia y arquetipos emergentes para identificar tendencias y oportunidades estratégicas
  • Calcular y monitorear indicadores de performance de clientes (SOW, CGR, CLV, Penetration Rate, Velocity, Profitability Score, Health Score) para identificar oportunidades y riesgos
  • Implementar metodologías de segmentación (ABC, ABC-XYZ, RFM, BCG) y monitorear indicadores de mercado (Market Share, Distribution, Fair Share Index, Category Growth)
  • Calcular indicadores de efectividad comercial (Perfect Store Index, OOS Rate, Planogram Compliance, Promotional ROI), analizar desempeño por canal y coordinar iniciativas multi-marca

Requirements

  • 5 años en roles comerciales/trade en industria farmacéutica y 3+ años en roles de liderazgo de equipos (preferible)
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de modelos Go-to-Market, experiencia en trade, trabajo con segmentación de clientes y arquetipos, diseño e implementación de KPIs y dashboards comerciales, uso de herramientas de BI (Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce)
  • Licenciatura en Administración, Marketing, Ingeniería o afines (must)
  • MBA o especialización en Trade Marketing/Channel Management (preferible)
  • Formación en Data Analytics, Business Intelligence o Healthcare Economics (deseable)
  • inglés avanzado
