Job Responsibility

  • Provide technical support to our trade customers through using their expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge
  • Build effective customer relationships
  • Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
  • Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
  • Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role

Requirements

  • Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
  • Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
  • Be comfortable sharing knowledge and have the ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
  • Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
  • Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
  • Be available to work and have flexible to work other days if requested
