Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Trade Show Coordinator & Sales Assistant to support our North American sales team. This role partners closely with the Head of Sales and the Global Marketing Director to manage sales operations, maintain CRM accuracy, coordinate domestic and international trade shows, and support sales enablement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working where sales, marketing, and operations intersect.

Job Responsibility

  • Trade show Coordination
  • Assist with planning logistics for domestic and international trade shows
  • Assist with travel accommodations
  • Coordinate booth materials, shipping, registrations, and promotional assets
  • Support the Global Marketing Director on event execution and post‑event workflows
  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Head of Sales, North America
  • Assist with internal sales workflows and cross-functional communication
  • Help identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve sales team efficiency
  • Assist domestic Sales Manager and domestic sales team
  • Assist with on-boarding and training of new field sales representatives
  • Proficient with PowerPoint and presentations
  • Assist with approving sales orders
  • Asist with the changing and updating of sales orders
  • Prepare reports as needed, to include key KPI's as well as monthly and annual metrics
  • Receive customer calls when needed
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, including updating leads, contacts, and account records
  • Manage lead lists from domestic trade shows, international events, imports, and other sources
  • Ensure accurate tracking of lead sources, sales activity, and pipeline stages
  • Prepare clean, accurate lists and reports to support sales outreach and follow-up

Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting sales, marketing, or operational teams
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM platforms (NetSuite preferred)
  • Experience with event planning or trade show coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Four-year degree
