At Vertu Land Rover Bolton, we’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded Trade Parts Manager to join our team. This is an exciting field-based role where you will play a key part in growing our trade parts business across Yorkshire, Lancashire and Derbyshire. If you enjoy building relationships, working independently, and driving results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are offering a competitive basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £36,000, a company car, and a full range of benefits.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and onboard new customers, including independent garages, JLR specialists and body shops
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular visits, understanding their needs and supporting their ongoing business growth
  • Work collaboratively with the Trade Hub and site-based Parts teams to deliver excellent service
  • Maintain accurate customer records in line with data protection guidelines
  • Contribute to and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, using market insights and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in a parts or aftersales role within the automotive environment
  • A proven record of building relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B setting
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate confidently
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time and priorities
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • An ability to review performance against targets and take action where needed
