Job Responsibility

  • Health & Safety first
  • Multi trade or Plumber or Carpentry work - Complete second fix tasks in occupied residential properties, including joinery, plumbing, and plastering
  • Customer focused - working in domestic environments, engaging with residents and collaborating with your team
  • Problem solving - Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues effectively
  • Responsive repairs - Attend reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, with occasional planned refurbishment in void properties

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade
