Whether you’re a Multi Trade specialist, a Plumber or a Carpenter, you’ll join a supportive team delivering high-quality repairs and improvements for local residents. Your work will help shape the community you’re part of.

Job Responsibility:

  • Complete second fix tasks in occupied residential properties, including joinery, plumbing, and plastering
  • Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues effectively
  • Attend reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, with occasional planned refurbishment in void properties
  • Emergency call out on a rota basis

Requirements:

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade
  • Experience in domestic or social housing environments (desirable)
  • Genuine passion for improving people’s homes
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Enjoy working with others
  • Full UK driving licence
