Job Responsibility

Trade Settlement executed trades on the investment accounting system and sub-custodian platforms
Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies and out-of-balance situations
Execute money transfers between sub-custodian, banks, and internal accounts
Coordinate with brokers and investment managers to resolve issues
Manage transfers of assets into and out of accounts, including movements between banks or brokers
Research and resolve discrepancies and ensure timely completion of transfers
Post bond interest and dividend payments to client accounts
Reconcile money movement against sub-custodian records
Resolve any out-of-balance conditions
Identify and research corporate actions for transactions eligible for class action proceeds
