Job Responsibility:
Designs and deliver in store visibility solutions to accelerate marketing plan performance and profit maximization
Evaluating the sales performance per product per category per point of sale
Identifying business opportunities to increase sales and brands presentation in each point of sale
Responsible for trade marketing campaigns including loyalty programs, commercial partners' training courses, generation branding & POP materials
Builds strategic relationships and partners with pharmacies, agencies, and vendors
Analyze markets trends and identify insights to drive growth
Develops ideas, plans and strategies that are consistent with the brand image and business objectives
Develops tracking tools to evaluate performance of instore marketing campaigns
Defines and implements brand identity development program, driving revenue gains and brand awareness
Ensures message alignment, quality, creativity, and brand strategy consistency
Prepare displays planograms to maximize sell out
Builds strong, long-term client relationships
Develops and maintains collaborative and effective working relationships with all other Company work units
Coordinates the merchandising team
Requirements:
Over 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales, with a proven track record working with b
Knowledge of the On Premise industry and trade is required
Ability to analyze complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines
Solid understanding of sales processes and high-level negotiation with Key Accounts
Strategic ability to develop specific, valuable, innovative strategies and concepts, while maintaining sight of the commercial ‘big picture.’
Demonstrates exceptional planning, project management, and presentation skills
Passion for establishing new business partnerships
Exceptionally strong communicator, excelling in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms while understanding cultural differences
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
Experience in managing different stakeholders
Self-motivated, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, self-directed, with a “do-it-now” attitude, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
