Job Responsibility

  • Support in managing the development and launch of 360-degree marketing projects within the Travel Retail EMEA channel
  • Negotiate annual marketing and sales plans with Travel Retail EMEA channel clients and ensure effective implementation within budget
  • Ensure proper monitoring and accounting of the BTL budget
  • Regularly visit key points of sale to verify assortment strategy effectiveness and deliver training
  • Actively support the development and execution of global/local sales campaigns and trade fairs
  • Support in preparing internal and external briefings, presentations, and reports
  • Oversee the production and installation of materials for promotional activities
  • Contribute to the development of a multichannel strategy
  • Support the creation of innovative Trade Marketing tools
  • Ensure implementation of all visual updates and POP materials
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning and Sales Channel Operations teams
  • Support the Sales team in monitoring order flow

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field
  • 2/3 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-moving industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
  • Willingness to travel
  • Dynamic, proactive, and flexible, with a natural curiosity and commitment to teamwork
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
