Job Responsibility:
Support in managing the development and launch of 360-degree marketing projects within the Travel Retail EMEA channel
Negotiate annual marketing and sales plans with Travel Retail EMEA channel clients and ensure effective implementation within budget
Ensure proper monitoring and accounting of the BTL budget
Regularly visit key points of sale to verify assortment strategy effectiveness and deliver training
Actively support the development and execution of global/local sales campaigns and trade fairs
Support in preparing internal and external briefings, presentations, and reports
Oversee the production and installation of materials for promotional activities
Contribute to the development of a multichannel strategy
Support the creation of innovative Trade Marketing tools
Ensure implementation of all visual updates and POP materials
Collaborate with Demand Planning and Sales Channel Operations teams
Support the Sales team in monitoring order flow
Requirements:
Master’s degree in marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field
2/3 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-moving industry
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
Willingness to travel
Dynamic, proactive, and flexible, with a natural curiosity and commitment to teamwork
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
