Job Description

This role exists to translate Home Care business and category strategy into winning, customer centric execution across key Polish retail channels. You will turn insights into action, build data driven plans, and ensure operational excellence that enables our Home Care brands to grow faster than the market.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Shopper & Customer Strategy execution for given channels: translate BU and Category Growth Strategy into customer specific plans
  • Build and manage the annual visibility & activation calendar for key customers
  • Manage portfolio optimization at customer and category level in close cooperation with Category Management & Marketing Team
  • Own promotion plan management: build promo plans aligned with strategy, coordinate set up, and manage promo calendar for key traffic builders
  • Conduct promo performance analysis (pre/post evaluation) and deliver clear recommendations using internal and external data sources
  • Deliver customer and channel business reviews incl. insights, performance analysis, opportunities, and next steps
  • Act as operational owner of Forecast / Stock / Demand for promotional volumes — coordinating across CBD and Supply Chain
  • Ensure flawless innovation launch planning according to BU priorities: distribution, TDP tracking, customer specific selling stories
  • Drive cross functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, NRM, and Category Management to craft best in class Customer plans
  • Monitor market trends, retail dynamics, Nielsen data, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Strategy & Planning, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Brand/Shopper Marketing or Sales (FMCG)
  • Strong understanding of FMCG retail environment, promo mechanics, and shopper decision drivers
  • Proven analytical skills with ability to extract insights and turn them into actionable recommendations
  • High ownership, accountability, planning & prioritization skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable working with cross functional teams
  • Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Ability and willingness to work from the Warsaw office regularly

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Nielsen data & retail analytics
  • Previous experience in Home Care or household categories
  • Knowledge of NRM, pricing, promo efficiency tools (e.g., ACTPM)
