Job Responsibility

  • Drive commercial reporting and insights, translating market performance and KPIs into actionable next steps for the team
  • Map out commercial cycles and translate them into effective CRM execution plans and trade activations
  • Manage territory optimization, call planning, and commercial activities to ensure alignment between strategy and field execution
  • Monitor dashboards and business intelligence tools to identify market trends, customer profiles, and new growth opportunities
  • Support and enable the field force team through continuous training on CRM tools and ad-hoc commercial updates
  • Collaborate on system and tool improvements, participating in user testing (UAT) to optimize commercial workflows
  • Maintain high data quality and consistency across systems to ensure dependable decision-making for the brand

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial Reporting within the FMCG sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proactive and results-oriented attitude
  • Proactivity, working independently and setting priorities in your area of responsibility
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into commercial actions
  • University degree (Bachelor's) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (a Master’s degree will be considered a plus)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Fluency in written and spoken business English (and Greek)
