Job Description:

Coty is seeking a highly motivated person to join Coty`s Trade Marketing team for the Europe Distributor Markets. This role will closely collaborate with the full commercial team, Marketing and Sales, with Finance as well as Distributors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advance our total investment tracking capability creating benchmark/guidelines on how to allocate the commercial mix
  • Support the team on the Monthly Commercial Meeting organization
  • Map current distribution landscape to identify growth opportunity and risks
  • Gather best practices on 4P across the region and enable sales manager with clear action plan across 4P
  • Conduct recurring monthly pricing audits to evaluate price execution quality and identify deviations or optimization opportunities across all markets
  • Perform quarterly reviews of promotional practices, assessing discounting strategies, competitive dynamics, and their impact on value perception
  • Support the creation and refinement of regional pricing standards and frameworks, ensuring a consistent pricing architecture and strategic alignment across countries

Requirements:

  • HBO/WO Student (Bachelor/Master)
  • Must remain enrolled with university during the whole internship
  • Proactive and hands-on
  • Passion for analytical work

  • Good communication skills and likes to work in a team
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent in English
