Join us as Trade Marketing Manager (Snacking). You will be responsible for leading trade agenda for one of two verticals in Poland Foods category – Cooking Aids. Job Responsibility:
Preparing channel strategy for Modern Trade clients within Cooking Aids category according to Design 4 Channel Strategy based on opportunities and challenges connected to that specific Route to market
Works collaboratively on day-to-day basis with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, NRM and Finance and BU in channel discussions to ensure perfect execution of category plans
Driving vertical short-term forecast
Reassure the category promotion strategy for Modern Trade is valid and updated to addressing upcoming challenges and opportunities
Actively participating in IBP process bringing TOP6 retailers view to the table
Control and effective budget management: CPP and BMI
Bringing Strategy and Insights from Modern Trade key retailer’s data (CMR, distributors, Nielsen) into business agenda
Monitoring of Business waste (Residuals, SSL)
Driving choices in channel and customers for the future and for current period. Is accountable for creating, executing and evaluating BU plans on channel/instore level within budget. Aligns then commits to Marketing & CSP Lead an executable annual plan
Understands main drivers of business delivery and are responsible for monitoring their execution. Also acts against gap (mid-term channel/customer or short-term)
