Job Responsibility:
Developing and executing best-in-class shopper marketing strategies across total retail
Driving in-store excellence through impactful activation, visibility, and availability
Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing and retail customers to deliver joint business plans
Turning data and insights into actionable strategies that unlock growth
Managing and inspiring external agencies to deliver standout execution
Owning and optimising budgets, with a strong grasp of commercial performance and P&L
Requirements:
Proven success in Shopper Marketing within FMCG
Strong understanding of the UK grocery and retail landscape
Highly analytical mindset — confident turning data into clear recommendations
Experience managing multiple agencies and stakeholders
Commercially astute, with the ability to understand and influence P&L performance
Proactive, energetic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
