Job Responsibility:
Developing and executing annual trade channel plans, ensuring strong alignment with overall brand strategy
Translating brand plans into impactful customer activation plans across key trade channels
Using market data, EPOS and insight tools to identify trends, build compelling selling stories and support the Sales team
Leading customer engagement, building strong relationships and representing the brand at trade events and key meetings
Driving excellence at the point of purchase, including pricing, promotions, merchandising and range reviews
Managing trade marketing assets, PR activity and customer-specific media plans
Supporting NPD by providing category insight and ensuring launches are aligned with customer and market needs
Tracking and delivering against key KPIs including distribution, visibility and rate of sale
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years’ experience within Trade Marketing / Category Management in an FMCG environment
Highly energetic and genuinely passionate about FMCG, shopper behaviour and category growth
Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to uncover insights and opportunities
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at pace
A self-starter with a positive attitude and a proactive, can-do mindset
Adaptable and able to prioritise workload without compromising quality
Confident communicator with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external customers
A desire to take ownership, bring ideas to life and work with autonomy
