Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Trade Marketing Manager to drive commercial growth, optimize channel profitability, and expand product distribution. Serving as the vital link between brand strategy and store-level execution, you will transform localized shopper insights into actionable commercial plans. This role is crucial for maximizing portfolio visibility and driving sustainable volume and value growth across key retail channels.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of tailored channel activations and merchandising solutions
  • Identify commercial gaps by synthesizing localized and global shopper insights
  • Formulate comprehensive business recommendations and persuasive commercial pitches
  • Design and implement product launch materials, core commercial frameworks, and effective point-of-sale visibility tools
  • Partner with category and retail environment teams to establish in-store visibility targets
  • Evaluate the financial return on investment (ROI) for trade initiatives
  • Continuously track competitive trade strategies, promotional activities, and new product launches

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related commercial discipline
  • Proven brand management, trade marketing, or commercial development experience strictly within the FMCG sector
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of utilizing market trends, consumption data, and financial ROI tracking to guide business decisions
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Hands-on experience creating product pitch presentations, point-of-sale strategies, and tailored commercial plans across diverse retail formats
