Job Description

The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing localized trade marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance across assigned markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement regional and localized trade marketing plans aligned with global brand objectives and guidelines
  • Lead the planning and execution of BTL marketing activities
  • Design tailored marketing initiatives, promotions, retail incentives, and merchandising programs
  • Manage relationships with assigned accounts, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular market visits and identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends
  • Manage projects from concept through execution
  • Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and external partners
  • Coordinate POSM delivery with Customer Service and Logistics teams
  • Manage POP material shipping and retail execution
  • Manage Demand Planning and Forecasts of POP materials for all brands and assigned accounts
  • Support budget management and ROI tracking
  • Ownership of budget pertaining to assigned area and customers
  • Process invoices and payments through SAP
  • Prepare monthly reports and maintain trackers
  • Develop and deliver training materials and workshops
  • Partner with HQ teams to adapt global initiatives to local markets

Requirements

  • +5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Support, or related field
  • Experience managing projects from planning through execution within multinational luxury, fashion, beauty, cosmetics, eyewear, or premium consumer goods preferred
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving
  • Results-driven with strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
