Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our success in the market and enhancing the overall retail experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Retail Marketing: Collaborate with the Creative Department and Retail Designer to develop and manage in-store promotional campaigns and displays, ensuring stores are prepared for sales cycles, maintaining POS consistency, and overseeing visual merchandisers for impactful presentations
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop empowering marketing materials and tools, ensure seamless execution with Store Operations, and conduct regular store surveys for valuable feedback
  • New Store Launches: Plan and execute successful new store openings, including coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth execution
  • Product Marketing Strategy: Work with cross-functional teams to understand product features and target audiences, develop product guidelines that reflect the brand’s promise and USPs, and conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
  • Budget Management: Monitor spending to keep campaigns within budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum ROI

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail marketing or product marketing, preferably in the jewellery or fashion industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships effectively
  • Excellent analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail in visual merchandising
