Job Description

This role is responsible for executing the brand’s trade marketing strategy across all sales channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, commercial objectives, and budget. It drives the development and implementation of impactful in-store activations, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns in close collaboration with sales teams. The position partners cross-functionally to support events, PR initiatives, and brand training, ensuring consistent execution and storytelling across the business. It also monitors and evaluates marketing performance to assess effectiveness, optimize results, and identify future growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Implement an effective Trade Marketing plan in line with the brand's strategy within the agreed budget and brand image guidelines
  • Facilitate the development of marketing activities
  • visuals, windows & permanent customizations for brands across all sales channels
  • Work closely with leaders to develop and complete sales campaigns & promotions
  • Support our sales teams on trade marketing activations, including the execution of Visual Merchandising standards and assessment of new opportunities to engage with end consumers
  • Attend customer meetings and commercial events to support the sales channels
  • Receive, and submit visual requests through the cropping platform
  • Collaborate with the PR agency to enhance print and digital coverage for the brand portfolio
  • Deliver brand training, sharing vision and strategy
  • Track results and evaluate the effectiveness and value of marketing projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, internships are a plus
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to balance priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all partners and at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Drive and Apple products
