The Trade Marketing Coordinator supports the Trade Marketing Team executing trade activations across CB Foods customers. The role enhances in-store execution and customer engagement. It supports all sales strategies, especially for the Pork Store & More, while working closely with the Brand Team, Commercial Marketing Manager, and Retail Channel Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in executing trade and brand activations across retail, wholesale, and food service channels
Support merchandising, promotional activities, and customer events
Manage vendors and execution agencies for activations
Conduct competitor research and support trade audits
Track and analyze activation performance and customer feedback
Provide marketing support for the Pork Store & More, including store promotions and seasonal campaigns
Requirements:
A BSc. in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
At least two (2) years of experience supporting trade marketing, brand activations, or retail merchandising, preferably across multiple customer channels (retail, wholesale, and food service)
Working knowledge of in-store marketing, customer engagement strategies, and trade campaign execution
Hands-on experience with event coordination, vendor management, and customer-facing activations
Familiarity with trade research, audits, and reporting tools to support data-driven decisions
Solid grasp of digital marketing concepts and their application in trade settings
Strong organizational and analytical skills for planning, budgeting, and campaign evaluation
