Job Responsibility:
Achieve annual targets for volume, distribution, call plans, and merchandising standards
Develop a deep understanding of the territory, agents, and competition to implement effective trade activities
Manage agents and retailers, fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships
Ensure brand availability through regular visits and maintaining distribution
Increase brand visibility at POS by applying company's merchandising guidelines and placing POSM (Point Of Sales Materials) effectively
Use IT tools for customer profiling, reporting, and data analysis to support trade activities
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of relevant sales experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactivity, working independently and setting priorities in your area of responsibility
University degree or equivalent
Fluency in written and spoken business Greek and English
