Job Description

Barclays Services Corp. seeks Trade Floor Application Support, AVP in New York, New York (multiple positions available): Support securitized products front office on the trade execution, workflow, and regulatory reporting activities. Support the Securitized Trading business that requires knowledge of Loans, Mortgages, and other debt instruments. Provide frontline support and useful resources to departments and colleagues across the bank with everyday IT problems, issues and requests. Provide high-quality support and problem-solving capabilities through various communication channels to resolve specific technology issues related to products and applications, ensuring that the relevant stakeholders are updated on progress. Develop reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate key findings and recommendations for improvement to team leads and relevant stakeholders. Work with the Credit, Securitized Products, and Municipal Trading and Sales businesses to identify, log, prioritize, resolve, and escalate issues (where required) to peripheral teams. Perform complex technical and quantitative analysis of support issues and business requests to identify efficient solutions to improve system stability and reliability. Manage user requests including software installation, access provisioning and equipment troubleshooting.
