Job Description

Support the Corporate Finance Department with the management of Trade Finance instruments globally, including corporate support and external support such as bank guarantees, SBLCs, Import Letters of Credit, and surety/performance bonds. Ensure accurate tracking, reporting and analysis of all instruments, while maintaining effective relationships with banking partners, guarantee beneficiaries and internal stakeholders across the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of Trade Finance instruments (issuance, renewal, amendment, cancellation)
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date register of all active instruments
  • Monitor Trade facilities usage, flagging upcoming renewals, price reviews or capacity constraints in advance
  • Manage and develop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
  • Prepare periodic reports and financial notes for management
  • Perform analysis of banking fees and guarantee costs
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Act as Trade Finance focal point for internal teams
  • Collaborate with Legal and Accounting on documentation
  • Support the internal approval process for new facilities
  • Ensure all activities comply with Group policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate or trade finance, treasury or similar role
  • Knowledge of appropriate accounting and financial software (SAP, TMS systems, Bloomberg)
  • Acknowledge of GAAP and IFRS
  • MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerBI and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of financial instruments
  • English mandatory
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a collaborative, multinational environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
