We are looking for a skilled and qualified Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our Voids Kitchens & Bathrooms team. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will carry out maintenance activities, repairs and planned works across residential properties, public buildings and commercial premises. Job Responsibility:
Undertake works relating to your primary trade (Carpentry) and associated multi-skilled tasks
Carry out repairs, installations and refurbishments within void kitchens and bathrooms
Ensure all works meet regulatory, compliance and Health & Safety requirements
Manage company equipment, materials and van stock in line with procedures
Participate in emergency call-out rota (where applicable)
Work flexibly between 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday
Requirements:
Craft City & Guilds or S/NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry
Advanced Craft City & Guilds or S/NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry
CSCS Card (or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence
Proven ability in all aspects of Carpentry, including fault diagnosis
Experience working within social housing (desirable)
