Job Description

Artemest is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and motivated intern to join our Trade & Design team and support the execution of bespoke projects and custom product development activities. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to support the technical and operational execution of bespoke product requests and the operational side of large-scale and custom interior projects in a dynamic and international environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about product and interior design, with a basic understanding of materials and finishes, eager to learn the processes behind B2B project execution, and ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of client solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Artemest Trade & Design team in managing large-scale and custom projects, with a strong focus on creative design and bespoke product requests coming from international markets (US, UK, FR, ME, ROW) and internal Trade Team needs
  • Provide technical and operational support to the bespoke service, translating client requests into actionable inputs for suppliers
  • Create visual content and 3D models using AI tools and other digital technologies, delivering high-quality visualizations and graphic presentations for clients
  • Interface with Artemest’s network of suppliers and artisans to assess feasibility, materials, finishes, and production constraints for highly customized and bespoke projects
  • Negotiate with our supplier network and identify solutions for interior design projects
  • Support Artemest Trade & Design team in sourcing activities and contribute to defining product solutions aligned with client requirements
  • Carefully evaluate project requirements and operate accordingly (e.g. certifications, technical specifications, materials and finishes)
  • Monitor and manage the full order lifecycle, with a focus on bespoke requests
  • Collaborate and liaise with internal teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Product, Administration) to ensure project alignment and timely execution
  • Understand B2B client enquiries for residential and commercial projects and use problem solving skills to meet their expectations
  • Manage project opportunity timelines with responsibility for project management and coordination of operational phases, ensuring alignment between client expectations and supplier capabilities

Requirements

  • Degree in Product Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design/Industrial Product Design, Architecture/Architectural Design, Visual Communication/Graphic Design
  • Italian native and fluent in English
  • Knowledge and passion for the Product and Interior Design industry
  • Good knowledge and curiosity for materials and finishes
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), AutoCAD, 3D modelling tools (e.g. Rhinoceros), and Adobe Creative Suite (mostly Photoshop)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple requests
  • Aesthetic sensibility and passion for e-commerce, luxury and design products
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders (Italian suppliers, internal international teams and clients) and work in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
