3+ years working experience good experience on relevant logistics operation & distribution
Good reading, written and spoken English skill
Good knowledge on logistics flow
Related SAP knowledge and experience

Strong analytical and simulation skills

Job Responsibility

Manage and process the orders both for China and Singapore Customers
Prepare customs clearance documents for both China and Singapore export cargoes
Contribute to establish and implement efficient export processes and procedures with compliance to relevant laws and regulations
Obtain export licenses conforming to trade compliance requirements from local government authorities in daily export operations
HS code classification process and COO check implementation in daily operation
Daily forwarder/broker communication and management to maximize efficiency and avoid trade compliance risk
Forwarder billing statement, payment and invoice verification
Manage customer claim, find out solutions and coordinate reverse flows
Coordinate insurance company regarding the claims
Customs Handbook registration, amendment, reconciliation and close at Customs, with knowledge to avoid variance and customs risks
