Elicit, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements related to: U.S. and Mexico import/export compliance
Customs declarations, classifications, and valuation
Trade agreements (e.g., USMCA)
Restricted party screening and denied party controls
Recordkeeping and audit readiness
Collaborate with trade compliance, logistics, customs, legal, and IT stakeholders to validate requirements
Translate regulatory and operational needs into clear functional and non-functional system requirements
